Joe Paulsen is working with Woodbury Lutheran Church (staff of 27) on understanding their natural instincts and how to be the most uniquely capable they can be. As their Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) professional Implementer, Joe prepared and conducted their Kolbe A™ Index interpretations and provided them with Mind Menus. Woodbury Lutheran Church is one church over three locations united in purpose. Their passion is Multiplying Disciples and Transforming Lives as they embrace The [Disciple] LIFE. This means discovering identity in Jesus, becoming more like Him, and helping others do the same.

Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center offers immersive, hands-on environmental education programs for students, educators, families, and adults on its 2,000-acre campus. Through outdoor classes, summer camps, wilderness trips, and a graduate naturalist program, Wolf Ridge fosters environmental stewardship and leadership by connecting people directly with nature.
Gabby Matzdorff will be taking new team members through their Kolbe A™ Indexes, offering Kolbe B™ and C™ Indexes for all leadership roles, and providing a half-day session focused on team optimization using Kolbe reports. She also plans to incorporate Kolbe’s RightFit™ hiring process to guide the search for leadership roles’ successors.

HopeBank Academy is a global community that helps adults and children discover their potential through hands-on learning—from life skills and community projects to robotics and creative problem-solving.
As part of a new initiative, Achille Kombat will host a virtual Kolbe workshop for 60 volunteers across Africa, Canada, and Europe, introducing them to their natural strengths with the Kolbe A™ Index. Another 15 volunteers will take the Kolbe B™ Index to explore alignment between their instincts and current roles, and 5 children will join a special session to support stronger family connections and academic growth.
The workshop will focus on practical applications of conative strengths in volunteer work, personal development, and family life.

St. Joseph the Worker's mission is to get Phoenix's economically disadvantaged, homeless and those in life transitions or experiencing a crisis, employed in quality jobs that will help them become healthy, independent individuals and community members. This is done by providing the resources they need to find employment (whether that be clothing, transportation assistance, tools, certifications, or anything else), connecting them directly to employment opportunities in the Valley, and empowering their individual success.
Despite the many challenges St. Joseph the Worker has encountered as a result of Covid-19, they have experienced significant growth in the last year, adding three organizational departments after having only two for more than 30 years. This vertical growth has given St. Joseph the Worker the opportunity to expand their leadership team and collaborate when making decisions, using Kolbe A & B Indexes for the leadership team as well as the powerful Team Success Solutions report to help the leadership in their transition and expansion.
