Does my team need to have taken the Kolbe A™ Index before the session?
Yes. This course is built around interpreting your Kolbe A™ Index results, so every team member should have their result in hand (printed, ideally) before the session. If your team hasn't taken the Kolbe A yet, request a free business profile on Kolbe.com to purchase credits and store them in a central location.
How long does the session take?
Plan for 60–90 minutes. Bigger groups usually need a little more time so everyone gets to share.
Can we do this remotely?
Yes. In person, hybrid, or remote all work. If you're remote, one person screen-shares the video and you use breakout rooms for the partner activities. The leader's guide walks you through each setup.
Do I need to be a Kolbe expert to run this?
No. Amy does the teaching on the video. Your job is to press play, pause for the activities, and give people space to share. The leader's guide walks you through it.
Is this the same as the Kolbe TeamSuccess® Seminar?
No. The TeamSuccess® Seminar is an in-depth, in-person workshop facilitated by a Kolbe expert. This on-demand course is an introduction designed for teams who want to run their own session. It's an excellent starting point, and a natural lead-in to the full TeamSuccess® experience when you're ready to go deeper.
What if we want to go deeper after the session?
The course closes with clear next steps, including bringing in a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, exploring role alignment with the Kolbe B™ and C™ Indexes, and building hiring solutions that match your team's instinctive needs.
What if someone on my team has a Transition result?
A Transition result means someone's Kolbe A didn't show a clear pattern this time. They can still fully participate in the session. Kolbe also has a separate process for working through Transition results. If you have questions about that, we can connect you.
