Eric is a Vice President and Sr. Consultant at Kolbe Corp. In his role, he consults with businesses of all sizes and structures on how to spot talent and maximize productivity. As a leader within Kolbe Corp, Eric was able to double sales, grow his team, and lead a reorganization of his department all while spending time with his family and enjoying his hobbies, by living the principles he sells.
As a consultant working with a large consumer electronics company, Eric implemented a sales and leadership development program that helped the company to increase top-line revenue by $31 million (and delivered over $500k in commissions to the company). He has held several Marketing and Sales leadership roles in the assessment industry and uses that expertise to turn people insights into revenue growth. He is known for engaging, high-energy live presentations, webinars and training sessions.
